Frozen grapes. Here’s why you should eat them.

1) All you have to do is stick some grapes in a sandwhich bag and freeze them. It’s about as easy as it gets.

2) The cold brings out the flavor, so they taste more amazing than usual.

3) Grapes are great for you.

4) The cold has your body burning calories to heat you back up.

Spinach Burgers

These are the absolute best! I am making them again tonight!

Makes about 4

1 bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach

2 egg whites

1 whole egg

1/4 c diced onion

1/2 c shredded cheese

1/2 c bread crumbs

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix well in a bowl 

Now, form into burger-sized patties. (or you can do spinach balls)

Heat a non stick skillet over med-high. Spray with a bit of cooking spray.

Cook about 5-6 minutes. 

Serve on your choice of bread product, or eat them “naked”.

This looks absolutely amazing.

I must make these.

I’m definitely getting used to eating less. You only need a fistfull of food to make your stomach full. If you stick to eating less, your body will get used to it after a short while & thank you in so many ways.

Operation Hot bod is in full effect! I’ve been working out a few times a week and eating healthier for a good 2 months now & my husband noticed a week ago! Woot!! “Your stomach looks great… the skin from having a kid is finally tightening back up” That’s when I told him I was ready for a new lifestyle. He has my back 100% because lets face it, he wants me to have a smokin body too.

I’ve been doing some intense toning techniques for 3 days straight now, around an hr each. Today was awesome, I feel stronger. For the first time, I followed it all the way through with out wishing it was over. I wanted to do a bit more, but my daughter was asking for cuddles & lets face it, she is only little once. I’ll hit it again before bed tonight!
